At Steamforged Games, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
